How it works

Three things. Then you're off.

Before the film

PauseSkip the film

The film

First, a short film.

A short film about how animals are used for food, clothes, lab tests and shows. Some of it is hard to watch.

You're in charge. Pause or stop whenever you like.

The hop

Then one small hop.

A hop is one small thing you do for animals. Buying one vegan thing counts.

No, you don't have to go vegan. A hop's a hop.

Together

Then we do it together.

Your hop lands with everyone else's. You watch the pile grow, and you can bring a flock along.

One of them is yours.

This is a step.

Oat milk in your coffee. It feels like nothing.

But hopp means two things.

In Swedish it's a hop, and it's the hope you feel after one.

And it's catching.

Someone sees you. Then someone hops along.

In the end there are too many of you to count.

So we'll do the counting.

Together

hops so far

One hop feels small. Logged by you all.

Estimate

About 1,475 animals helped

It's an estimate, not a receipt. We start from the hops you log and what people tend to eat. Nobody can know exactly, and we won't pretend to.

The figures here are examples.

Flocks

Hopping is better in company.

Start a flock with friends, family or work. You hop on your own and count together.

No leaderboard. Nobody singled out. Just one shared goal a week.

Solrosorna

Example

This week's goal

1,160 of 2,000 hops

Why small hops?

Because they're the ones that happen.

  1. Finger-wagging doesn't work.

People who get shamed tend to stop listening. So nobody gets shamed here.

  2. Small fits into today.

All or nothing easily ends up as nothing. You can swap the milk in your coffee, or email a politician, before lunch.

  3. Together is easier.

We do a lot of what our friends do. See others hop, and it's easier to hop along.

We're not promising miracles. We don't know exactly what each hop does, and we won't pretend to. But this is what we're building on.

No, you don't have to go vegan. A hop's a hop.

Nothing. It's free.

A short film about how animals are used for food, clothes, lab tests and shows. Some of it is hard to watch. You're in charge. Pause or stop whenever you like.

Nothing. We don't count the days you didn't hop, and nobody drops a level. Your hops stay right where they are.
